Jasmine's Bridal Shop makes no attempt to act as the original manufacturer of any of the dresses we make. We simply create dresses inspired by what we can see in the photos. All dresses are tagged with our own brand name - Jasmine's Bridal Shop. None of our products are counterfeit products, as we do not pretend to be any other name brand(s).

Grades of Service

We offer 3 service grades to cater for your quality and budget needs:

Delivery Turn Around

We charge a flat fee per shipment (worldwide): $50 if the shipment contains at least 1 dress, $20 otherwise. If you split the order into multiple shipments, then for every shipment you will be charged a corresponding flat shipping fee.

Estimated arrival time and corresponding minimum arrival time are listed below, and you can reduce the arrival time by paying extra rush fees (7% extra for every week rushed)

* Bridal Gowns are estimated to arrive within 12 weeks, 6 weeks minimum (42% rush fees)

* Cocktail Dress are estimated to arrive within 10 weeks, 5 weeks minimum (35% rush fees)

* Bridal Jackets/Beaded Sashes are estimated to arrive within 8 weeks, 5 weeks minimum (21% rush fees)

* Bridal Veils are estimated to arrive within 6 weeks, 5 weeks minimum (7% rush fees)

* Accessories are estimated to arrive within 5 weeks, 4 weeks minimum (7% rush fees)

Time spent for order processing, production, quality inspection, and shipping are all included in the Estimated Arrival Time. Time spent on additional changes or overly tedious fixes are not included in the Estimated Arrival Time.

Shipment origin: we ship all orders from China, where our workshop is located.

Customs Declaration

We will always declare packages as "Gift Cloth" and valued at 150 USD or less per dress. We do this to help our customers to avoid paying excessive import tax, and we will NOT be responsible if any penalty is incurred for this action. If you wish for us to declare the true value of the shipment (order total including shipping) or any other value, you must instruct us to do so as early as possible.

Bulk Discount [applies to orders over $500 only]

We offer 1% of additional discount for every $100 worth of products in the same order, 15% max. So for orders over $500, the discount is 5%; for orders over $600, the discount is 6%, for orders over $700, the discount is 7%; and so on. 15% is the maximum discount rate. The discount rate is automatically applied when you check out for the entire order. We also offer discount of 20% (our maximum discount rate) for ordering over $2000 for at least 3 consecutive months - this is usually utilized by our resellers.

Order Exchanges and Returns

Dresses might not fit you perfectly the first time you try them on, so please ensure that you have realistic expectations for buying dresses without trying them on first. However, to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction, we provide 7-Day Money Back Guarantee* on all of our products.

You can return the defective product within 7 days after receiving them for a 50% refund, if you can provide legitimate proof (photos) of the defect. We may also propose partial reimbursement to settle the defect with you - reimbursement rates & fees will be based on our workshop's production rates & fees. Please bear in mind that you must inform us about the intention, reason, and defect proof for returning within 3 days after receiving the order, also that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and any transaction fees associated with the refund. Deposit & shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will start making your dress once you have sent us confirmation on your measurements. If you wish to change the dress specifications after the production starts, then there will be a variable alteration fee.

* All problem claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the order to be valid.

* All return shipments must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order to be valid.

* The 7 days are calculated from the date you have received your order to the date you have shipped the return package to us. Please email the tracking number to us once you have initiated the return shipment.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Please note that 50% of deposit (including shipping fees) is required to start the production of your order. The remaining 50% should be paid when you approve that the order can be shipped to you.

For Western Union payments, you can send 5% less than the amount required for each transfer - for example, sending $95 of payment via Western Union would equal to sending $100 via Credit Card :)

It's not my 1st time using a chinese replica site. I used Millybridal.com for my wedding dress. For full Milly experience HERE But since I knew that they have delayed many dresses before & they don't stick to their deadlines, I decided to give Jasmine's a try since I haven't found any bad reviews about them except for one which the owner of Jasmine's responded to very professionally.

Communication:

Excellent. Very quick to respond to your emails, answer questions and their English is excellent. They also ask questions to make sure they understand what you want.

Deadlines:

They gave me my mid production pictures even before the deadline & also sent the dress before the deadline. They set 10-11 weeks as their standard delivery time yet I got the dress in 9 weeks!!

Quality:

They have 2 grades for fabric & craftsmanship. I chose premium grade everything (which is the standard quality) and it's just amazing. Like the ones you see in bridal shops. fully lined dress, well boned bodice and a layer of tulle in the skirt lining. Lace and beading were very nice as well.

Fit:

The dress fits like a glove. no alterations needed what so ever. Only thing it was a little short that we had to remove the underskirt and that did the trick.
