ELIGIBILITY: The Dillard's Born Online Sweepstakes (the ''Sweepstakes'') is open to all legal U.S. residents (except residents of NY, RI, and Puerto Rico) who are at least 18 years of age, except employees of Dillard's (''Sponsor'') any promotional partners and their respective affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.dillards.com/winborn between 12:00 A.M. Central Time on June 2, 2013 and 11:59 PM ET on June 8, 2013 (''Sweepstakes Period'') and complete and submit the entry form located at the website. You may also enter by mailing a 3x5 postcard with your name, address, phone number and/or email address to: Dillard's Born facebook Online Contest /Attention ADV/1600 Cantrell Road/Little Rock, AR 72201. All mailed entries must be postmarked no later than June 8th, 2013. You must note the nearest participating Dillard's location on your entry.

On your entry form, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails from Dillard's or its promotional partners. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the contest (you may opt out).

If there is a dispute about the identity of a participant entering via the Internet, only the entry of the authorized e-mail account holder at the time of submission will be accepted. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Each participant may be required to provide Dillard's with proof that the participant is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entries. All Internet entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search.

WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or before July 1, 2013 from among all eligible online entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period conducted by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by e-mail, mail or phone and will be given instructions on how to claim prize. Winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, a publicity release) within fourteen (14) days of notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If eligible winner is deemed a minor under the laws of his/her place of residence, prize may be awarded in name of a parent or legal guardian who must sign all required documents.

PRIZES: One (1) prize is available: A shoe wardrobe (1 pair a month for 12 months), valued up to $1500 total. Restrictions may apply. All federal, state and local taxes, and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize and not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner will be responsible for the tax liability for prizes valued at $600.00 or more. Winner will be required to provide his/her Social Security number for tax reporting purposes. Where required, an IRS Form 1099 will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of the prize. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for one of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, you release Sponsor, and/or any promotional partners and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies (''Released Entities'') from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and agree that the Released Entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. By participating, you further agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and by entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in New York for resolution of any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes and waive any objection thereto.

Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries are eligible. Sponsor, Ralph Lauren Corporation and/or promotional partners are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
